Is the domain included in my plan?
The first year of hosting and business email is included in the website plans. The domain itself is a separate add-on unless your quote says otherwise.
I already own a domain. Can you use it?
Yes. I can either transfer it to a registrar I manage or leave it where it is and point its DNS records at the new site.
How long does it take?
Registration is usually instant and DNS propagation can take a few hours. Transfers can take up to five days depending on the current registrar.
Who renews it next year?
You can renew it yourself or add the annual renewal add-on and I will handle it before it expires.
